Managing internal business projects and programs, the full-time Program Director CPHQ will oversee cross-functional teams, monitor project schedules and budgets, and engage with external vendors while working remotely from within the United States.
Key responsibilities
Directs and monitors project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Develops business case methodologies and collaborates with corporate units to implement business strategies
Escalates implementation gaps and facilitates issue resolution with senior management and stakeholders
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
7-9 years of relevant experience in program management
Strong leadership and management skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
Extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies
CPHQ certification preferred
