Schedules between 6am-8pm CT

Note:

Hybrid/Onsite This will be 100% onsite while training. After 2-3 months you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. 3 openings
Requirements:

Customer Experience Advocate

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Computer skills (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation, Web-based platforms.) Outgoing personality
Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Advocate

Ensures all external and internal customers receive a concierge level of customer service

Serves as a representative of high professionalism to all external customers. Engage with high value client to schedule service-calls accurately, and efficiently. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and possess strong collaboration and organizational skills with mindfulness to detail. Position requires use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
