Job Description Swoon is currently looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager for a major digital bank in the US
Location: Riverwoods, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $74/h
Responsibilities Manage schedules and adhere to processes to ensure the timely and accurate completion of campaign related deliverables.
Lead the development of digital communication repository documenting digital touch points across the customer lifecycle.
Assist in the build and implementation of multichannel communications to card member base by collaborating with cross functional teams.
Promote consistent brand feel and adherence to channel best practices to business partners as well as internal and external creative agencies.
Lead and/or assist in the strategic development of mapping out card member product/service touchpoints that will get translated into digital communications.
