Director of Multifamily Capital Markets

Focusing on originating Multifamily/Agency Multifamily loans, the full-time salaried Director of Multifamily Capital Markets will develop marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and analyze loan opportunities across various property types in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve origination goals based on budgeted volume targets
Maintain and expand client relationships while providing market intelligence and loan opportunity evaluations
Collaborate with analysts and deal managers to manage loan processes and ensure effective communication throughout transactions

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Ten years of experience with an institutional real estate lender in commercial real estate origination and transaction management
Demonstrated origination track record
