Sales Manager (Internal Opportunity) Location: Tamarac, Florida
Responsibilities You’re still closing deals and keeping your own numbers strong
You’re actively involved in your team’s deals – pushing, advising, helping close
You spot problems early (pipeline, activity, mindset) and fix them before they become excuses
You drive activity – calls, follow‑ups, urgency – not just for yourself, but across the team
You bring energy to the floor and set the tone
You don’t manage from the sidelines, you’re in it with the team
Qualifications You’ve proven you can perform consistently
You already take ownership beyond your own desk
You have experience helping others close deals or improve performance
You’re comfortable stepping in when something is off and figuring it out
You understand how to protect margin and move deals forward under pressure
You’re competitive, driven, and actually care about winning as a team
