We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager

Product / Brand Management to support brand and product initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for a candidate with experience in brand management, licensing, or product development who enjoys collaborating across teams and driving projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities

Support product and brand management initiatives across multiple categories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies
Create product briefs outlining positioning, concepts, inspiration, and business objectives
Assist with product development activities, particularly within the accessories category
Analyze business performance and provide insights to support decision-making
Develop presentations, reports, and project updates for stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and changing priorities
Build and maintain Excel reports, charts, and pivot tables to support business needs
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of initiatives
Required Qualifications

23 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Licensing, or a related field
Strong analytical and business acumen skills
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including charts and pivot tables
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Self-starter with a proactive and dependable work style
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with licensing programs and brand management
Product development experience within the accessories industry
Experience creating product briefs and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Understanding of product positioning, strategy development, and brand storytelling
Knowledge of aesthetic and creative aspects of product development
Experience working with premium, lifestyle, or fashion brands
