Driving growth in clinical solutions sales, the fully remote Vice President of Clinical Sales will lead the sales team, implement effective strategies, and engage with U.S. health plans to achieve revenue targets while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive clinical solutions sales to U.S. health plans, focusing on pipeline development and revenue closure
Engage directly with healthcare executives as a trusted clinical advisor, leading executive presentations and discussions
Support marketing efforts by providing insights on market indicators to assure pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in MBA or healthcare management
10+ years of experience in healthcare with a strong foundation in payer clinical operations
5+ years in clinical solution/product sales or consulting for U.S. health plans
Proven success in selling or supporting sales of utilization management, care management, or clinical outsourcing solutions
Strong understanding of managed care workflows, clinical decisioning, and regulatory requirements
