Sales Manager (f/m/x) in Italy - Crane Products

Your mission Drive sales and promotion of crane products to achieve monthly and annual targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to support sales, marketing, and service activities
Collaborate with the technical team to train dealers and key customers on product use and applications
Maintain direct contact with major clients, project developers, and rental companies
Report on market trends, channel development, sales performance, and customer feedback to support strategic decision
Your profile Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Solid experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry, preferably with experience in large-scale projects
Established customer network with proven ability to expand market presence
Familiarity with different types of cranes, their technical specifications, applications, and market trends
Strong sales skills, including customer acquisition, needs analysis, solution development, price negotiation, and contract management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel
