Senior Copywriter

Working remotely from Ontario, Canada, the full-time Senior Copywriter will craft high-quality content across various channels for five distinct healthcare education brands, collaborating closely with creative teams and mentoring junior writers while leveraging AI tools to enhance production efficiency.
Key responsibilities

Write compelling copy for email, paid social, digital display, web, and video scripts while maintaining brand voice
Collaborate with Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director to ensure cohesive integration of copy and design
Mentor junior Copywriters, providing feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of the team's work

Required qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing writing across digital channels, demonstrating craft and strategic thinking
Proven ability to adapt writing style to multiple brand voices and audiences
Experience in higher education or healthcare sectors, with an understanding of adult learner psychology
Background in high-volume content production environments with a deadline-driven approach
Advanced use of AI writing tools and experience in designing AI-assisted content workflows
