ReliabilityTechnicians are responsible for helping enhance quality, improve safety, and drive the continuous improvement of the predictive maintenance program. Technicians collaborate with engineers and maintenance technicians to perform specialized repairs and testing in support of the predictive maintenance program.

How You Can Be the Impact

Responsiblefor program execution, including database development, data collection and analysis, corrective and follow‑up action plans, reporting, documentation, and cost analysis

Must havestrongunderstandingofthe OMS-431 Maintenanceworkprocess & drive compliance as it pertains to predictiveworkorder scope

Demonstrate the abilitytoorganize predictive approaches and operatewithina team environment to deliver measurableimprovementsin equipment reliability

Develop expertise in all predictive and preventative maintenance practices used by the Site Reliability Group.

Predictive maintenance technologies usedatthis time are VibrationMonitoring,Oil Analysis,Infrared Scanning,& Ultrasonic Testing.

What Matters toSABIC
Required

SABICMTV Journeyman Mechanic, Electrician,or equivalent

5+ years of experience inIndustrialPlant Maintenance

Must have successfully completed the Assessment CenterorDevelopmentPlan Needs.

Preferred

Completion of pre-apprenticeship curriculum for Reliability TechniciansviaRed Vector. ContactWFDfordetails
