Sales Manager

Location: Miami, Florida. This remote role allows working from a home office in the Greater Miami area while requiring regular travel within the region.
Position Summary

The Sales Manager works closely with Sales Executives (internal and field Sales Knot), coaching, consulting, and developing them to reinforce the Kemper Auto Sales model, guide sales strategy, and shepherd the team toward achieving defined objectives.
Position Responsibilities

Hire, train, and develop sales employees to build a productive and effective team aligned with company goals.
Provide effective leadership, communication, and collaboration with various departments and support functions.
Oversee the Central and North Florida region, guiding the Sales Knot toward executing on and accomplishing defined objectives.
Position Qualifications

Five or more years of insurance experience (P&C preferred), preferably as an individual contributor with management experience.
Demonstrated track record of sales success, with preference for commercial auto line experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of insurance operations: underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, flexible, and a logical problem solver.
Ability to manipulate, segment, and interpret report data through spreadsheets and manage time effectively.
Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $99,000 to $164,800. Candidates receive an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and additional benefits such as tuition assistance, community volunteering programs, and employee discounts.
