Designing and building AI agents and tools, the full-time Senior Production Engineer will focus on enhancing the reliability of large-scale distributed systems while driving infrastructure modernization and automating operational processes, with the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate in-person 1-2 times every six months.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement AI agents to assist with service health analysis and reliability recommendations
Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives using AI to enhance automation and delivery processes
Create scalable platforms and tools that democratize reliability expertise across engineering teams
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong programming skills in Python or Go for developing production-grade platforms and automation
Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix internals and experience with open source infrastructure technologies
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
