To amplify the voice of Global 2000 customers, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will develop compelling customer content, manage advocacy initiatives, and activate customer proof points across various marketing and communication programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop customer marketing content, including case studies, testimonials, and digital assets, while ensuring quality and brand consistency
Support the growth and activation of the customer advocacy ecosystem by coordinating customer participation in events and initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy customer stories across campaigns and sales enablement, tracking advocacy activities for deeper engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or related B2B marketing roles
Proven experience creating customer-facing content such as case studies and thought leadership assets
Strong interviewing, writing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging narratives
Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-powered tools into content creation and project management
