Job Title
Job duties include:
Monitoring developing energy and economic situations or issues of administrative management as reported or identified in the various notifications received.
Drafting communication of U.S. policy developments and guidance to U.S. mission personnel.
Monitoring energy, economic, and other significant developments and trends to gauge the effectiveness of efforts to achieve U.S. foreign policy objectives in the assigned area(s).
Conducting research, analysis, and assisting in overseas site visits as needed to collect information on problems and possible solutions in program implementation.
At the GS-12 level, the incumbent performs essentially the same duties as outlined; however, the scope and complexity of assignments are of less responsibility and independence and receive closer supervision than at the GS-13 level.
