To support a growing sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Program Manager will design and manage targeted sales programs that accelerate revenue and improve sales productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities, translating business objectives into actionable plans
Partner with sales leaders to identify initiatives that enhance revenue growth and streamline sales processes
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful program delivery and measure performance against KPIs
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, or business operations within SaaS or technology
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to drive business outcomes
Strong program and project management skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders
