Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for national rental accounts, ensuring a fast and friendly reservation process
Address customer service issues and collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions
Utilize sales skills to drive customer satisfaction and support the rental needs of clients
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; 2 years of successful sales experience highly preferred
Proficiency with computers and previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred
Bilingual written and verbal communication skills are highly preferred
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
