Regional System Integration Manager (RSM)
Location: South Carolina, Charleston, United States
Responsibilities
Supervise customer support contracts, deployment and installation projects
Administer repair depot agreements, contracts and system upgrade initiatives
Ensure precise execution of maintenance and deployment work exceeding standard contract requirements
Lead and collaborate as a matrixed structure, working with internal partners and leveraging team resources to meet customer needs
Manage financial aspects of the assigned business portfolio, including revenue forecasting, cost management, containment, and investment planning
Demonstrate strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss elements and principlesCollaborate closely with Sales team throughout customer engagement, ensuring high‑quality customer interactions and driving business growth
Directly participate in creation of large/complex service proposals, ensuring alignment between service approach, scope, staffing, and financial aspects
Provide leadership to a multi‑disciplinary team of Customer Support, System, and Field Service Technician managers, including recruitment, mentorship and performance evaluation
Provide strategic guidance overseeing day‑to‑day operations to ensure delivery of customer obligations, meeting customer satisfaction and financial goals
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in Public Safety, Communications, Wired/Wireless, Engineering, Services, Management, Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, Account Management, Motorola Services, or Military experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no work permit sponsorship)
Experience with Salesforce, Oracle/Services Lifecycle tool
Financial acumen and customer satisfaction mindset
Strong working knowledge of Customer Call Center and Network Operations Center offerings and procedures preferred
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Ability to communicate with customer IT personnel regarding WLAN and wired infrastructures
Must obtain background clearance as required by government customers
Salary and Benefits
Target Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 USD
