The Courtyard by Marriott completed a comprehensive renovation in December 2025, and the Hilton Waco is currently undergoing a full transformation scheduled for completion in August 2026. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales leader who wants to capitalize on significant property investments and drive market share growth across two highly visible assets.Position SummaryThe Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for both hotels, driving revenue growth across all market segments while building a high performing sales culture.
