Job Title: Account Executive – Healthcare Advertising

Job Type: Full-time

Location: New York – Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support day‑to‑day client relationships and serve as a trusted partner across assigned accounts

Coordinate integrated healthcare marketing campaigns from briefing through execution

Work closely with strategy, creative, medical, digital, media, and project management teams

Manage timelines, deliverables, and project status updates to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget

Assist with client presentations, meeting preparation, and ongoing communications

Support MLR review processes and help ensure materials meet healthcare industry regulations

Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and support account growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of account management or client services experience within a healthcare advertising agency (non‑negotiable (non‑negotiable) )

Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare brands

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced agency environment

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative, strategy, medical, and project management teams

A proactive, collaborative mindset and desire to learn and grow
