Patient Communications & Information Desk Specialist

The Norwegian American Hospital is seeking a full-time Telephone Operator to direct calls and assist patients and visitors. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, providing patient information, and assisting with inquiries at the information desk. Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Flexible hours include evening shifts and some weekends.
