Enterprise Account Executive
Taktile is building the world's leading software platform for running critical and highly‑automated decisions. The product helps financial institutions catch fraud, prevent money‑laundering, and expand credit access for small businesses. The role is based in New York, London, or Berlin.
About You
5+ years of sales experience with annual contract value (ACV) of $300K+
Proven track record managing complex deal cycles of 6+ months
Experience selling SaaS/software subscriptions to financial services or enterprise‑scale businesses
Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite
Customer‑centric, curious, and able to tailor solutions to enterprise needs
Growth mindset, collaborative, thrives in cross‑functional teams
Strategic and creative sales approach, using methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger
Highly skilled in prospecting and navigating complex organizations
Exceptional communication and messaging skills
What You'll Do
Sell Taktile’s decisioning software to large enterprise customers in financial services, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Develop deep knowledge of target markets, customer profiles, and competitive landscape
Manage a pipeline of complex, multi‑stakeholder opportunities from lead to close, focusing on long‑term value
Lead outbound prospecting and qualification of BDR/Marketing‑generated leads
Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and executive presentations
Provide a seamless buying experience and collaborate with Customer Success for smooth handovers
Upsell and cross‑sell within accounts to maximize value
Use MEDDICC, Challenger, and other sales methodologies
Maintain activity in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Provide market feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership
Ideal, But Not Required
Experience in an early‑stage start‑up (Seed – Series B)
Deep knowledge of the FinTech, data, or ML/AI landscape
