Purpose: Provide overall leadership and organization to the Communications team (i.e. Digital Communications Specialist, Graphic Designers, Video Specialist). Lead development, updates and implementation of new strategies with project management, creative team, and communications team.
Creative and Communications Oversight
- Provide vision, guidance and leadership for the Digital Communications Specialist, Graphic Designers, and Video Director
- Work with staff team to improve processes, systems, and develop new strategies for streamlining print and digital production
- Develop team
- Approve all graphics and videos
- Provide strategy and oversight for Rush Creek Merch Store
Project and Volunteer Management
- Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for Wrike across the organization
- Oversee platform configuration, workspace structure, permissions, user management, and governance
- Maintain system integrity, organization standards, and operational best practices
- Manage ongoing optimization of workflows, request forms, dashboards, automations, and reporting
- Develop and enforce naming conventions, folder structures, and process documentation
- Provide leadership for all Creative and Communication Team volunteers, including but not limited to: photography team, online hosts and online analytics CREW.
Analytics
- Manage QR codes and strategy
- Analytical Analysis for all forms of communications excluding the website and social media
- Provide analytics to show where we are and help set goals for how to move forward with our Rush Creek app
- Create unique tracking for all digital touchpoints to provide analytics
- Provide strategy and oversight for Rush Creek Merch Store
Qualifications
- A follower of Jesus Christ and have demonstrated faith through full immersion baptism
- 3 years of experience in a church or parachurch or non-profit ministry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook. Strong computer literacy is essential
- Must attend or commit to attending Rush Creek Church
