Job Description

We are looking for a talented Media Buyer with a strong track record in developing and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. In this crucial role, you will drive client success by managing substantial advertising budgets and achieving exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Requirements

2 years of experience in media buying

Demonstrated success managing monthly budgets of $50k+

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Team-oriented with a collaborative approach

Experience with Meta and Google

Positive and energetic attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and boosting campaign performance

Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure alignment with client goals

Campaign Strategy and Execution: Launch and continuously optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google

Monitor client accounts throughout the day, providing regular updates to the team

Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to refine strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs, with a focus on maximizing ROAS

Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets across multiple clients to ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI

Compensation

The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually plus a monthly performance bonus that starts after 3 months from start date.
