Keynote Production Lead

Leading the end-to-end development and execution of the Knowledge mainstage keynote program, the full-time Keynote Production Lead will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a high-quality keynote experience while managing production logistics, budgets, and timelines in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Oversee the production of keynote events, including vendor management and logistics
Develop and present the keynote production strategy, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for the successful execution of the keynote program

Required qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in live production and managing keynote programs
Proven project management skills with experience in large-scale events
Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Professional verbal and written communication skills suitable for all organizational levels
