Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Apparel Technical Designer - Women's Athleisure & Outerwear will bridge the gap between creative design and production execution, focusing on fit accuracy, garment quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of athleisure fit, fabric, and garment construction to align technical execution with brand standards
Create and manage detailed tech packs, ensuring they are accurate and production-ready throughout all development stages
Analyze fit issues, recommend pattern corrections, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution of fit sessions and production samples
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Technical Design, or related field preferred
8+ years of Technical Design experience in apparel, particularly in activewear, fleece, knits, lounge, and sleepwear categories
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern corrections
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with experience in PLM systems and CLO 3D or AI pattern software preferred
Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred
