Apparel Technical Designer

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Apparel Technical Designer - Women's Lounge / Intimates will bridge the gap between creative design and production execution, ensuring products meet brand standards for fit, quality, and construction.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a deep understanding of brand aesthetics and conduct seasonal competitive fit benchmarking to refine fit standards
Create and maintain detailed tech packs and oversee the fit preparation and execution process, including leading fit sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot construction challenges and ensure product quality aligns with brand expectations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Technical Design, or related field preferred
8+ years of Technical Design experience in apparel, particularly in activewear, fleece, knits, lounge, and sleepwear categories
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern corrections
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and experience with tech packs and sample management
Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment preferred
