Job Summary

The Cafe Sales and Marketing Manager directs sales and marketing efforts that align with the overall Cafe operating strategy. The role supports the Cafe’s senior leadership in upholding brand standards and achieving business objectives, while managing a multi‑product business line and leading a high‑performance team.
Salary includes:

Base Salary

+ Sales Commission + Incentive Bonus + Benefits. Total Combined Range: $100,000 – $146,300.
Responsibilities

Demonstrate financial comprehension of the Cafe’s budget and P&L.
Execute and develop marketing initiatives that drive consistent year‑over‑year entrée count growth.
Manage marketing expenses in accordance with the Cafe’s budget and forecast models.
Partner across all departments to ensure consistent execution of all systems and processes, maintaining Hard Rock’s brand standards.
Market a multi‑product business line (restaurant, retail, live music, and special events) to corporate, tourist, and local guests.
Foster an environment of customer service where all team members put the guest first in every situation.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction meets or exceeds brand standards as determined by objective ranking systems.
Observe and uphold service standards to meet guest expectations of the brand and cafe.
Ideate and execute meetings and events that exceed client expectations.
Assist senior management in attracting, retaining, and positioning talented individuals for maximum impact.
Define team goals and expectations using performance review tools and hold the team accountable for successful performance.
Support team development and advancement along well‑defined career paths.
Serve as a Learning Coach, implementing learning and development programs to drive continuous improvement and employee retention.
Maintain a self‑motivated approach to personal and professional growth.
Qualifications

5+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
Experience with CRM platforms.
Expertise in social media platforms.
Background in the music industry is a plus.
Ability to generate creative, out‑of‑the‑box ideas for the team.
Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of business acumen and common sense.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
Effective presentation skills for one‑on‑one and group settings to media, customers, and partners.
Multiple language abilities a plus; fluency in English required.
Physical Demands

Move throughout corporate office and cafe areas, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Perform repetitive arm and hand movements and maintain the ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and noise.
