Product Producer
Hybrid, Culver City. Pay $85/hr (w2). Eligible for Benefits! 12 months, 40 hrs a week, M-F.

We’re seeking an experienced Product Producer to support a portfolio of entertainment product initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, Business, and Marketing, helping teams align around feature development, roadmap planning, and product operations.

The ideal candidate has experience managing digital products within streaming, media, music, podcasting, or entertainment environments and excels at bringing structure to complex, fast-moving programs.

Responsibilities

Drive product initiatives from planning through launch across multiple teams and stakeholders

Partner directly with Product teams to support roadmap development, feature prioritization, and execution

Establish and improve processes, workflows, and operational systems that help teams scale effectively

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, leadership reviews, demos, and product presentations

Ensure alignment between Product, Design, Business, Engineering, and Marketing partners

Track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks and solutions

Support go-to-market planning and feature launches across various stages of the product lifecycle

Facilitate discussions, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across competing priorities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Production, Program Management, Product Operations, or Project Management

Background supporting digital products, entertainment platforms, streaming services, music, podcasts, or consumer technology products

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, feature planning, and roadmap management

Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment

Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in ambiguous environments

Someone who can connect individual features to broader product goals and customer experiences

A strong facilitator who can translate information between teams and build consensus

Experience supporting executive presentations, product reviews, and strategic planning is a plus

Entertainment, streaming, music, or podcast industry experience is highly preferred.
