Position Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator oversees the daily operations and performance of the Milwaukee‑based Inside Sales team, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficiency. This role supervises reception and inside sales staff, and serves as a key liaison between the Milwaukee headquarters and branch locations, ensuring consistent communication, messaging, and service across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate staff scheduling and monitor attendance to ensure adequate coverage

Assign and manage inside sales representative routes for efficiency and accuracy

Ensure routes are followed and optimized to meet customer needs and company goals

Maintain and grow a personal book of business while building strong customer relationships

Provide ongoing product training and professional development for inside sales staff

Promote and uphold exceptional customer service standards for both internal and external customers

Serve as a communication link between headquarters and branch locations to ensure consistency

Qualifications & Experience

Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience

Previous staff management experience; green industry experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications

Strong conflict resolution, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Ability to work a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with seasonal Saturday availability
