About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates.
You will nurture relationships with customers and associates, model brand behaviors, coach associates, and contribute to an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities

Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.
Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections.
Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
Qualifications

1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
