Role Description
Insurance Account Manager – Base Pay + Bonus + PTO
Location: Verona, VA
Pay: $40,000–$60,000/year (base + commissions + bonuses)

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations

Recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
Qualifications
Experience in sales or account management preferred
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Willingness to engage in sales conversations
