Grade 12

To effectively manage assigned resources, departments and/or locations, ensuring that department or operational goals are achieved and processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently. Ensures that all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may be within a country, across countries or regions.

Candidates interested in the IPF Operations Manager position must have:

Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

Experience with yield and productivity improvement, process redesign, and change management.

Good Knowledge in vendor and contract management related tasks.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive data-driven decisions.

Budgeting, cost-control, and vendor management capabilities.

Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Safety-first attitude with knowledge of incident reporting and root-cause analysis methodologies.
