Our beauty client in NYC is seeking a Digital DTC Product Manager! This role will maintain and execute the brand’s global digital product roadmap. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to‑end DTC customer journey, removing friction, and optimizing the user experience strategy across our rapidly growing eCommerce channel. You will be tasked with keeping the global brand layer up‑to‑date with the latest features, using analytics to drive enhancements, and ensuring all global markets adhere to mandated DTC guidelines. The ideal candidate serves as a key subject‑matter expert regarding website KPIs, industry benchmarks, and customer expectations, ensuring brand remains a leader in the e‑marketplace.
Compensation & Contract

Responsibilities
Platform Management & Technical Roadmap
Brand Layer Ownership: Manage the brand’s global website platform (NextGen Lora Brand Layer). Partner with the global product team and external Merchandising/Development agencies to ensure the brand layer is maintained and accessible.
Feature Integration: Keep the global brand layer current by implementing the latest features and technical best practices.
Cross‑Functional Partnership: Act as the bridge between direct‑to‑consumer counterparts in various markets and technical teams to ensure the brand’s vision is embodied within the site.
UX/UI Excellence & Site Optimization
Frictionless Journey: Oversee the DTC customer journey, proactively identifying and removing blockers or friction points to increase conversion.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Partner with market teams to implement user and A/B testing. Propose hypotheses, build tests, and analyze results to constantly evolve the .COM experience.
DMI Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Content Lead to develop high‑performing landing pages and Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for the global .COM business.
Analytics & Data‑Driven Strategy
Actionable Insights: Leverage Google Analytics and consumer behavior data to drive site enhancements and inform the broader eCommerce strategy.
KPI Benchmarking: Serve as the subject matter expert on all website KPIs, synthesizing learnings into a feedback loop for the global product owner team and market counterparts.
Competitive Analysis: Recommend best‑in‑class site functionality based on ongoing competitive analysis and digital industry trends.
Market Auditing & Communication
Guideline Enforcement: Own the local DTC auditing process to ensure all global markets are following mandated DMI guidelines.
Relationship Management: Manage ongoing relationships with market and zone digital technical counterparts to facilitate the sharing of learnings and best practices.
Implementation Tracking: Conduct regular audits and provide structured feedback to markets to ensure global consistency in the DTC experience.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a product management and e‑commerce role. Experience in onsite testing and conversion rate optimization is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Technical Skills: Prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Google Analytics is preferred. Strong quantitative skills to translate data into actionable business items.
Product Management: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an incremental and iterative way, overcoming obstacles to deliver results.
Mindset: A creative problem solver with a passion for user‑centric design. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
