Our esteemed client, an FMCG company based in Nicosia, is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Manager. Our client prides itself on its strong market presence and commitment to excellence in the FMCG sector.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Understanding of market trends, sales strategies and financial reporting.

Build the sales strategy according to business case studies, market share, availability and competition behavior.

Increase market share, increase availability, increase profitability.

Ensuring the company meets its sales goals and penetration rates.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Proven experience in the Horeca sector with all its aspects considered a plus.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in successful previous roles as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or a relevant field.

Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s license.

Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
