We are looking for a talented
Business Development Manager
to identify, secure, and manage professional IT resourcing and workforce talent solutions for clients within the technologysector. We are a global leader in IT professional resourcing, permanent recruitment, project solutions, and managed services.
Work Location:
Raleigh, NC (hybrid - 3 days)
Employment Type : Direct Hire / Permanent
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 (DOE, plus uncapped commissions)
Job Duties
Secure new business and drive expansion within a mix of new prospects and existing clients within an assigned territory.
Leverage a modern signal based prospecting approach using sales orchestration tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, MS Dynamics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Generate leads through single subject content creation and routine involvement in networking events
Break into new accounts by utilizing skill marketing or MPC marketing.
Develop and execute on a focused plan within a well-defined industry niche and ICP.
Partner with internal solutions teams to discover, pitch, and close customized workforce solutions and managed services.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client profiles, pipelines, and active sales leads within the ATS/CRM.
Ideal Background
5+ years of sales and account management experience within a recruiting & staffing agency environment.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing a sales territory, expanding existing accounts, and opening new accounts.
Experience leveraging a modern signal based prospecting approach using sales orchestration tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, MS Dynamics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience generating leads through single subject content creation and routine involvement in networking events.
Experience breaking into new accounts by utilizing skill marketing or MPC marketing.
Ability to execute on a focused plan within a well-defined industry niche and ICP.
