Account Advisor- DAL

The Account Advisor- DAL is responsible for managing operational functions to ensure the needs and requirements for each client are met.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Resolve all internal and external requests within 48 hours, including responding to help desk tickets, client phone calls and submitting IT tickets when internal systems and client facing portal are not functioning as intended
Maintain superior invoice accuracy by reviewing invoices and identifying inaccurate fees and charges prior to month end
Process client credits
Provide customer support for portal use and password/user management requests
Help clients understand and complete data/file processing requirements for assigned accounts
Onboard accounts in customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and internal application
Facilitate the completion of client questionnaires
Help Client Success Managers and Sales Reps with product or system related questions from clients
Perform other related duties as assigned
Location and Physical Requirements:

Hybrid; 3 days per week remote (access to reliable internet connection required), 2 days per week in-office
Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or related area (or equivalent experience)
1-3+ years of experience in an account management/account support role, including placing orders, customer training, managing contracts, and billing
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
Preference given to candidates with experience using Salesforce
The base pay range for this role is $61,000 - $80,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
