Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and sports minded Social Media Marketing Manager Intern to assist with managing and growing our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. This internship provides hands on experience in sports marketing, NIL management, athlete branding, influencer partnerships, and social media strategy.

Responsibilities

Assist with posting content on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and other social media platforms

Help develop and organize posting schedules and content calendars

Research trending songs, sounds, hashtags, and viral content strategies

Assist with writing captions and hashtag strategies to maximize engagement

Resize and format graphics and videos for platform specific dimensions and requirements

Monitor social media trends, engagement, and performance analytics

Collaborate with agency leadership and creative teams on marketing campaigns

Support athlete and influencer branding initiatives

Assist with identifying potential brand partnership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends

Interest in sports, NIL, influencer marketing, or entertainment industries

Basic graphic editing and content formatting experience preferred

Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills

Self motivated with the ability to work independently

Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools is a plus

Valuable hands on experience within the sports and entertainment marketing industry

Networking opportunities with athletes, influencers, brands, and agency professionals

Opportunity to earn:

35% commission on facilitated brand partnership deals

5% athlete/influencer recruiting bonuses
