OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox Corporation Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content - through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

ABOUT OUR TEAM
We're a fast-growing, fast-moving media company at the forefront of podcast and video content. Our advertising partners range from major brands to exciting up-and-comers - and we help them connect with engaged, passionate audiences. If you're curious about ad sales, love media, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-facing Account Manager to support campaigns across their full lifecycle—from pre‑sale pitch development through post‑sale reporting and client recaps.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Assistants during the pre‑sale process, then quarterback campaign kickoff and execution, and ultimately deliver clear, insightful wrap reporting to clients. You'll have a front-row seat to both sales and account management, making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow into a strategic, revenue-facing position.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre‑Sale Collaboration

In partnership with Account Executives and Sales Assistants to develop pitch materials and proposals

Build and refine client‑facing decks, ensuring strong storytelling and clear campaign positioning

Support customization of campaigns based on client goals and objectives

Gain exposure to deal strategy, packaging, and pricing considerations

Campaign Kickoff & Execution

Lead campaign kickoffs, aligning internal teams and clients on timelines, deliverables, and expectations

Gather all necessary campaign elements (creative assets, specs, approvals, tracking)

Act as the central point of coordination across sales, ad ops, creative, and analytics

Ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution and keep campaigns on track

Client Management & In‑Flight Communication

Serve as a primary client contact post‑sale

Lead check‑ins, provide updates, and communicate performance throughout the campaign

Monitor pacing and performance, flagging and resolving issues proactively

Post‑Sale Reporting & Recaps

Own development and delivery of wrap reports and campaign recaps

Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights for clients

Highlight successes, learnings, and opportunities for future campaigns

Support renewals and upsell conversations with performance‑driven narratives

What Makes This Role Unique

Spans pre‑sale through post‑sale, not just execution

Direct partnership with AEs and Sales Assistants on live deals

True client‑facing ownership, including leading calls and recaps

Opportunity to learn how campaigns are pitched, sold, executed, and renewed

Clear path toward Account Management or Sales roles

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

2-3 years of experience in media, advertising, account management, or campaign operations

Experience supporting both pre‑sale (pitch development, decks) and post‑sale (campaign execution, reporting) workflows

Strong client‑facing communication skills, with the ability to present performance and insights clearly and confidently

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating it into actionable insights

Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets

Familiarity with media metrics (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPA, CPM, etc.)

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Experience working with Account Executives, Sales Assistants, or revenue teams

Background in media, podcast, influencer, or digital advertising environments

Experience with reporting tools

Understanding of campaign trafficking, tracking, and basic ad ops processes
