Role Summary

This role is a Relationship Manager in Manulife John Hancock’s Mid/Large corporate segment. The successful candidate will travel regionally and beyond to focus on loyalty, retention and growth of asset‑based retirement plans.
Key Accountabilities

Achieve all annual metrics – retention, revenue, customer engagement
Learn and apply Manulife John Hancock Retirement products and investment solutions
Effectively manage internal and external customer relationships, leverage available resources
Exhibit consultative selling and negotiation skills, optimize product features and plan design
Demonstrate executive presence and subject‑matter expertise to instill confidence and influence outcomes that align with Customer and company objectives
Follow all company and department processes, including preparation of materials and data integrity in CRM
Support new sales and market development initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
7‑10 years of Financial Services industry experience
Demonstrated initiative, motivation and accountability
Expert consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze complex relationships and complete goals
Strong business insight and presence
Effective communication, rapport building and partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Flexibility and resilience in a changing environment
Strategic thinking and adaptability in pursuit of goals
License Requirements

Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
Hold FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 66 State Insurance license
Compensation & Benefits

Remote, United States – Georgia.
Salary range: $122,325 – $212,030 USD. Incentive compensation tied to performance may apply.
