TV Sports Anchor/Multi-Media Journalist – 4 News Now, Spokane, WA. 4 News Now is a family‑owned ABC affiliate in Spokane, Washington. The newsroom focuses on community‑first journalism and covers local sports stories.
Responsibilities

Write sports stories for newscasts and digital platforms.
Shoot, edit and report live on deadline.
Anchor sportscasts.
Publish content and generate story ideas through social media.
Use social media to gather and share information.
Work efficiently independently and with colleagues in the sports department.
Qualifications

4‑year degree with an emphasis on journalism preferred.
Prior experience as a television sports reporter preferred.
Accurate and comprehensive writing, shooting and editing skills.
Ability and eagerness to develop community contacts and become actively involved in the community.
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Salary range $42,000 to $45,000 per year.
