As a

Senior Marketing Manager

on the

Product Marketing team , you will serve as a critical layer between the Product team and independent agents, positioning Liberty Mutual

personal lines

and

small commercial lines products

for an agent audience. In partnership with product SMEs and cross-functional teams, you will lead

strategic marketing campaigns

that support key business priorities. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we go to market with our products, leveraging your knowledge of marketing best practices as well as LM products. Key Responsibilities

Builds and owns product marketing strategies that align to business goals and objectives and influence new business and topline growth.

Develops and implements marketing campaigns to strengthen product awareness among agents and drive engagement across multiple channels.

Leads complex, cross-functional projects with a high degree of visibility, ensuring seamless execution across messaging, campaigns, programs, and channels.

Builds strong relationships with product partners and influences key business decisions that impact agents.

Effectively builds consensus and alignment to gain commitment from partners for interdependent projects.

Analyzes marketing engagement data to establish and evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks. Leverages analytics to inform strategy and drive business decisions. Monitors and communicates campaign performance.

Champions continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency, integrating AI into standard work.

Demonstrates openness, logic, and sound reasoning to address stakeholder concerns and gain alignment from cross-functional partners and Marketing leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required

MBA preferred

Minimum 8 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing-driven organization

Understanding of customer segmentation and management techniques, as well as the business and products supported and the regulations impacting them

Requires advanced working knowledge of all marketing areas and the ability to integrate them

Strong analytical, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities required

Strong detail orientation

Strong knowledge of relevant technologies

Strong project management experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required

Knowledge of independent agency channel preferred

Proactively seeks to apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role, educate colleagues, and improve broader team's performance

Demonstrates understanding of internal organization and marketing impact on broader organization

Leverages multiple sources of data in development and day to day work, triangulates data sources, effectively anticipates others questions and concerns on a given topic
