Job Summary
Inizio Engage has a long‑standing partnership with a leading biotechnology company across Commercial, Patient Solutions and Medical Affairs. The Medical Information (MI) Lead will create and review scientific medical content for patients, HCPs, and payers to ensure accuracy, balance and impact.
Location
Hybrid role based in Titusville, NJ (on‑site 3 days a week).
Key Responsibilities
Create, co‑create and review medical content for patients, HCPs and payers, including field medical slides and standard or complex medical information responses.
Track recurring queries and develop new standard responses as needed.
Provide medical review for scientific accuracy and support development of scientific and promotional materials in partnership with client Medical Content Strategy Leads and MI leadership.
Write, review, edit and deliver medical content for training purposes.
Author and review US MI responses, summarizing complex scientific literature accurately, fairly, concisely and compliantly to inform clinical decision‑making.
Plan and maintain a robust product response MI database, including launch‑readiness plans that meet scientific needs.
Serve as subject‑matter expert for the therapeutic area, maintaining in‑depth product and therapeutic area knowledge.
Perform ongoing literature reviews, extract and organize complex data from scientific literature.
Provide clinical guidance and medical information to resolve escalated medical and/or access inquiries from the contact center.
Create medical resources and tools using creative data visualization techniques to enhance scientific engagement.
Review complex and/or escalated MI cases; review derivative content for alignment and compliance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on product/therapeutic area knowledge.
Create and update reference materials and data summaries.
Support quality and training initiatives for team members in partnership with leadership or client.
Required Qualifications
Advanced clinical or science degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
At least 3 years of relevant medical communication experience, preferably in neurology.
At least 3 years of direct medical information and/or medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a clinical setting or equivalent.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Office365.
Ability to work independently and within a group setting.
Proficient use of computer hardware and software on a daily basis.
