About the Opportunity
Join a globally recognized apparel brand and play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to market. As a Product Developer / Associate Product Developer, you'll partner closely with Design, Sourcing, Production, and Pre-Production teams to support the development of products from initial concept through production readiness.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in product development, merchandising, sourcing, or apparel production who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with vendors to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Support end-to-end product development activities across multiple product categories and seasonal calendars.

Partner closely with Design teams to execute product development initiatives from concept through production.

Enter, compile, and analyze product costing information, identifying discrepancies and helping maintain cost accuracy.

Coordinate sample and prototype development, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery from vendors and mills.

Create and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars, monitoring key milestones and helping keep projects on track.

Communicate regularly with vendors, suppliers, mills, and internal cross‑functional partners to ensure deadlines are met and information remains accurate.

Maintain product development systems, documentation, and reports.

Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and development processes as needed.

Partner with Pre-Production and Production teams to facilitate a smooth transition from development into manufacturing.

Assist in resolving issues related to materials, samples, costing, timelines, and production readiness.

Qualifications

Experience in product development, apparel development, merchandising, sourcing, production, or a related function.

Experience working with vendors, suppliers, mills, or manufacturing partners.

Understanding of product development processes, sample management, costing, and production timelines.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related business systems.

Experience with PLM systems is a plus but not required.

Apparel, fashion, retail, footwear, or consumer products industry experience preferred.
