B2B Brand Strategist, Agency-Side

to help clients uncover insights, define positioning, develop messaging, and solve business challenges through strategic thinking.

This is a client-facing role within our Strategy team. You'll lead discovery efforts, conduct stakeholder interviews, synthesize research and market intelligence, facilitate strategic discussions, and develop positioning and messaging recommendations that guide marketing, creative, and business decisions.

We're looking for a strategist who is naturally curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and skilled at translating complex information into clear strategic direction. The ideal candidate can balance analytical thinking with strong facilitation and communication skills while partnering effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and research efforts for client engagements

Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather customer, market, and competitive insights

Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and strategic discussions

Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, audience insights, and strategic recommendations

Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders

Partner closely with creative, content, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout execution

Help clients navigate brand, market, and business challenges through structured strategic thinking

Qualifications

3+ years in agency-side brand strategy or brand consulting

Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives for external clients

Strong foundation in positioning, messaging, audience insights, and brand development

Hands‑on background conducting discovery, stakeholder interviews, and strategic workshops

Strong presentation, facilitation, and client communication skills

Ability to synthesize research, business context, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable recommendations

Familiarity with B2B organizations and complex buying journeys

Comfortable partnering with creative, content, and account teams to guide strategy through execution

Bachelor’s degree required
