Job Description
We are in search of a CRM/CDP Specialist to join our client's team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be utilizing innovative CRM/CDP strategies and automation solutions to augment customer engagement and loyalty. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will utilize your skills in managing and optimizing our CRM systems and Customer Data Platform (CDP).

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and optimization of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.

Design, implement, and monitor automated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer engagement and retention.

Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to derive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Develop and manage customer segments to deliver personalized content and promotions based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.

Create and present regular reports on CRM and automation performance, including key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for strategy adjustments.

Leverage your skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Database, Facebook Insights, Advertisements, Analytics, Blogging, Brand Awareness, and Campaign Planning to perform your role effectively.

Ensure the accuracy of customer credit applications and maintain detailed customer credit records.

Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in CRM or CDP roles

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)

Solid understanding of CRM and Database management

Experience with Facebook Insights and other social media analytics tools

Skilled in creating effective advertisements

Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights

Experience with blogging and other content creation

Understanding of brand awareness strategies

Knowledge of campaign planning and execution

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem‑solving abilities

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
