Konica Minolta Business Solutions is searching for a Senior Field Account Executive to lead sales in its territory, build pipeline, and close deals. You will own the full sales cycle, meet customers face‑to‑face, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own your territory and hit (and beat) revenue goals.

Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Spend the majority of time in the field—meeting customers at their locations, running discovery, and closing deals.

Deliver solution‑focused presentations across the technology portfolio.

Run the full‑cycle sales process: discover → propose → negotiate → close.

Grow key accounts with upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Partner with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience.

Keep your pipeline tight with accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

3‑6 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory for in‑person meetings and field‑based selling.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM required.
