Salary and Benefits
Base salary $54,080 to $59,800 (plus monthly sales bonuses). Benefits include:

Shift Schedule
Monday‑Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Be an empathizer: build connections with potential residents and families during stressful times.

Communicate knowledge: enter leads accurately and provide necessary information.

Lead base liaison: cultivate leads via phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring accurate cataloging.

Hospitable host: provide exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

English literacy at 12th grade proficiency.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Positive, energetic attitude befitting resident interaction.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Follow written and verbal directions and solve problems.

Criminally cleared.

Physical and mental capability to perform required tasks; health screening within 6 months or 7 days of employment. Must test negative for TB.
