Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum required years of experience: 1+ YOE with schematic or graphic production design, e.g., packaging, print design, footwear, technical graphic design, book design, typography.

Education requirements: Graphic Design Degree or similar.

Portfolios: Some design schematics that showcase range as a graphic designer, digital design for print, labeling design dimensions, separating layers, and packaging design. The hiring manager is seeking technical portfolios that show process work for print, book, or product design. Illustrations or branding‑heavy portfolios, or those focused on concept work, will not be considered.

Must have skills
This role is heavy on the technical graphics side. Candidates must understand design thinking, though this is not a conceptual design role. They should have experience in production, the technical side of design, and building schematics.

Nice to have skills

Knowledge of pre‑press, screen printing, trims, printing process, typography.

Adobe Illustrator expertise.

Pre‑press color separations.

Maintaining files for product design.

Strong footwear interest (experience not required).
