We’re currently hiring an Internal Communications Associate to support internal communications and employee engagement for a state government agency client in North Carolina.
Team
The Internal Communications Associate will join ICF Next’s communications team supporting a large, mission-driven state government agency. This team serves as a strategic partner to agency leadership, helping ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities and the agency’s mission.
Work
In this role, you will help bring the agency’s internal communications plan to life—supporting day‑to‑day execution across newsletters, announcements, onboarding materials, employee engagement activities, and recognition efforts.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in creating clear, timely, and engaging communications that reach employees where they are, celebrate their contributions, and help them stay connected to leadership, colleagues, and agency priorities.
