Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Account Manager who lives to close. This is not a passive service role — it’s a production-focused opportunity built for competitive professionals who want their income tied directly to performance.

What You’ll Do

Drive aggressive new business production from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale

Maintain a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly production goals

Support client service needs while keeping a strong revenue focus

Generate referrals and expand the book through relationship building

Licensing Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license required prior to starting

Life & Health license preferred

Full licensing support and training are provided to help you obtain required credentials quickly if not currently licensed

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales producer or highly motivated closer

Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Strong persuasion and communication skills

Comfortable with outbound activity and high-volume sales conversations

Organized and disciplined in follow-up

Insurance or financial services sales experience preferred
